Stacey Solomon, 31, was left in floods of tears as she travelled home to join her fiancé Joe Swash and her three sons this evening. The star had been busy working all day, beginning with filming Loose Women and then recording her audiobook for her forthcoming book, Tap to Tidy: Organising, Crafting & Creating Happiness in a Messy World.
However, the mum-of-three had become suddenly emotional this evening after receiving kind messages from some of her four million Instagram followers.
Stacey was inundated with comments after she shared a moving extract from her audiobook while she began the process of recording it in a studio.
She said: “If you get anything from this book, I hope it’s this.
“You are more than enough, you don’t need to be tidy, organised, or the queen of crafts to be winning at life, you just have to be you.”
“I honestly haven’t cried in so long. For some reason I’ve felt a bit weird and numb for a while.
“But reading your messages and I’m sobbing. They’ve just set me off.
“I just can’t put into words… Thank you. Thank you for everything. You are EVERYTHING [crying face emoji].”
It comes after Stacey confessed to her Loose Women co-stars that she had been struggling to get to grips with her emotions recently.
“It’s like a numbness,” the star said.
