The brothers have visited a number of countries with Prince William recently undertaking a sensitive tour to Jordan and Israel earlier this month.
When they travel on an official royal visit, they often travel by private jet, something Harry and Meghan, 36, did when heading to Dublin.
Yet the boys have also been spotted on budget airlines when on particular trips.
Their father Prince Charles, 69, rarely does however.
In 2015, Prince William flew by Ryanair to Scotland.
An eyewitness at the time said it was “refreshing to see a member of the royal family take a cheap flight,” as he was onboard with just one bodyguard.
He also flew economy on Flybe in 2011 when travelling with his wife the Duchess of Cambridge.
The couple were flying from Edinburgh to Manchester for the wedding of his cousin Zara Tindall to Mike Tindall.
Prince Harry also joined the budget airline travel and came back from the wedding by easyJet.
According to Royal biographer Sally Bedell, Prince Charles does not follow in the footsteps of his two sons.
While mainly travelling by private plane, the royal found first class a difficult way to travel.
In her book “Prince Charles: The Passions and Paradoxes of an Improbable Life,” he claimed that it was “incredibly uncomfortable” and preferred his private jet.
His travel budget for 2017 hit a whopping £1 million, as he takes over from the Queen on royal duties.
Royal family members often tend to travel on commercial airlines if it is a personal trip.
Many of the royals have flown with British Airways, with the Queen no exception.
Kate Middleton also flew British Airways on her first solo tour abroad to The Netherlands.
Her mother was once a flight attendant with the airline which is how she met her father.
The couple were then based in Jordan for a number of years thanks to their careers. Prince William visited a spot his wife had been to as a child during his tour.
Kate even learnt basic Arabic during her childhood there.
