The 56-year-old actor threw a peace sign to the camera as he sported a blue suit jacket, a shirt and jeans for his appearance on the show.
The Back To The Future legend’s latest outing comes shortly after he cancelled his guest appearance at Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo earlier this week due to “unforeseen circumstances”.
A tweet from the Calgary Expo Twitter page read: “Whoa! This is heavy. Michael J Fox is not able to be with us at #CalgaryExpo.
“We received the following message from his publicist to share with you all – ‘Due to unforeseen circumstances in his schedule Michael J. Fox is not available to attend.’”
Michael was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, a long-term degenerative disorder of the central nervous system that mainly affects the motor system, when he was 29-years-old in 1991.
He spoke out about his condition to the public in 1998 and later semi-retired from acting in 2000 as the symptoms of his disease worsened.
Earlier this year, Michael returned to screens in the cast of Designated Survivor Season 2.
He also joined Instagram last month and has been keeping his 34,000 followers up to date with his life since.
His first post was a throwback of him and actor Kiefer Sutherland, 51, which he posted during a break from filming the ABC series.
He captioned the post: “If 30 years ago these 2 Canadians knew they would be working in the Oval Office, they would have been on better behaviour. Thanks Kiefer
This is now, swipe for then.”
Many of Michael’s social media fans flocked to the star’s first picture to comment.
One user wrote: “Absolutely LOVE this shot!! I’m a fan of both you gentlemen & your work.”
Another penned: “We want back to the future 4!”
In recent weeks, Michael has posted a series of snaps of including a break away with friends in Manhattan, New York, a golf trip and a picture of him and his dog.
Last October, the actor made a rare red carpet appearance with his wife Tracy.
Michael appeared to be in high spirits as he enjoyed an evening out with his wife Tracy Pollan, who he married 30 years ago.
He kept things causal in jeans, however smartened up his look with a blue checked blazer and a black shirt.
Tracey, 57, wore a slinky pair of leather trousers and heeled boots and injected some colour into her attire with a patterned blouse.
The actor created the Michael J. Fox Foundation in 2000 and he was given a honoris causa doctorate for his work in advocating a cure for Parkinson’s disease by Sweden’s Karolinska Institute in 2010.
The Foundation has since become the largest nonprofit funder of Parkinson’s disease research in the world.
