Two of the spoof images depict the couple and baby outside the Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital. There had been speculation Meghan would use the venue, where the Duchess of Cambridge gave birth to her three children, for her own delivery. The newborn Royal is represented by a Baby Annabell doll.
Other photos appear to show the newly enlarged family shopping together.
In one image the actors playing Meghan and Harry inspect a pink chair, whilst the doll is cradled under one arm.
The Baby Annabell doll depicted has clear blue eyes, and is wearing a light pink outfit and hat.
Meghan and Harry are expecting their first child later this spring, though the exact due date has not been confirmed.
There is growing speculation Meghan will opt not to give birth at the Lindo Wing, but could instead deliver her child at home.
This means we are unlikely to see Meghan replicating the iconic pictures takes of the Duchess of Cambridge with each of her newborns, on the Lindo Wing steps.
News of the Royal birth may not be announced until it has been completed, in a bid to control media attention.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan royal photographer Tim Rooke speculated the press would be kept away.
He commented: “I don’t think we’re going to see it at all. I think it’s going to be private.”
It was announced last week that Meghan and Harry had officially moved out of Kensington Palace, to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor which will be their new home.
Kasha Leskow, Marketing Manager for Zapf Creation UK which arranged the photos, commented: “It’s been great fun celebrating the new royal arrival in this way.
“We wish Prince Harry and Meghan all the best as they are in the final stages of preparing to welcome their baby.”
