Lucy Alexander, 48, became a daytime favourite co-hosting Homes Under The Hammer alongside Martin Roberts.
But the star decided to leave the programme in 2016, following 13 years at the helm.
Now, the TV presenter has admitted she “misses” presenting the show as she loved being nosy in people’s properties.
“I miss presenting Homes Under The Hammer because I got to look around so many different properties,” she told The Sun’s Fabulous Magazine.
Lucy continued: “Occasionally I catch myself watching a re-run on TV, and I can tell how old the show is by how dated my clothes are.”
Despite missing the show, Lucy admitted she’s not great at remembering her lines and tends to be more spontaneous.
“Usually I make things up as I go,” she spilled. “I think a bit of spontaneity on camera is essential.”
Meanwhile, there is one thing Lucy hasn’t yet ticked off her list – Strictly Come Dancing.
The presenter recently admitted to Express.co.uk she is a huge fan of the programme and said it would be a dream come true to compete.
Speaking about her time visiting the Strictly Come Dancing studios with 2017 contestant, Ruth Langsford, last year, Lucy divulged: “That was the highlight of my life.
“That is what I want to do more than anything!”
She went on: “It’s everything about me that I love. I love dance, I love performance and I love choreography.”
Revealing how much it would mean to her to appear on the show, which Stacey Dooley and Kevin Clifton won last year, she continued: “That would be my dream.
“I am a complete fan of the programme, I’m such a fan girl but they know that because I’m always there!”
Lucy said her pal, Ruth, 58, gave her some advice about starring on the dancing programme.
The former Homes Under The Hammer star said: “She said to me, she couldn’t remember the steps and that would be me!”
Lucy admitted she would “love” to be partnered with Kevin Clifton on the programme, but not in the upcoming series.
She said: “I would want Kevin but I wouldn’t want Kevin now because he couldn’t win it twice on the trot!
“And if I did Strictly, I would want to win it!”
Homes Under The Hammer airs weekdays on BBC at 10am.
