First Dates: Channel 4 favourite Laura reveals HUGE change as she teases ‘today’s the day’ | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

The 23-year-old blonde beauty, who shot to fame as a waitress on the show, took a huge step when she got the keys to her own house earlier this week.

Sharing the good news with her 92,000 Instagram followers, she uploaded a snap of the keys in her hand, along with the caption: “Today’s the day.

“Bye bye money,” she joked.

“I’m officially a homeowner,” the First Dates star added. “Keys to my first ever house.”

Many of her fans flooded to the comments section to congratulate her, with one saying: “I heard burying the first champagne cork in the garden is meant to be good luck.

“Scary but exciting feeling buying your first home.”

“Congratulations,” another exclaimed, while a third chipped in: “Congratulations on having your own home.”

Laura is not only an actress on the much-loved Channel 4 dating programme, serving potential lovebirds in the famous Paternoster Chop House restaurant in London, but has also been in the Royal Navy and is now training to be a paramedic.

She first joined the show along with Cici Coleman and Sam Conrad in 2015.

Earlier this week, First Dates beauty Cici flashed her eye-popping rear in racy bikini snaps.

The 30-year-old actress gave her 86,000 Instagram followers a generous view of her peachy posterior as she flaunted her physique in a two-piece by the side of a pool.

Showing off her hourglass curves in the cheeky number, she could be seen attempting to achieve a yoga pose in a series of holiday pics.

Last night, First Dates fans erupted over devastating news when the show made an announcement.

Channel 4 left viewers unimpressed when it was revealed the reality series had been moved from its regular slot of 10pm on Wednesday night to tonight instead.

With the whole series so far airing on a Wednesday, the decision confused many as they rushed to Twitter to complain.

“Noooo!!” one person wrote. “I just seen this… I was looking forward to tonight!”(sic)

“Oh behave!” another scolded. “I’d just got used to it not being on Mondays, and now you go and do this to me.”

This week’s episode is royal-themed in honour of Saturday’s Royal Wedding.

Many of the contestants appearing on tonight’s show will share royal connections, including Abbie, who is related to Henry VIII’s second wife Anne Boleyn, and butler Kit who “has met many princes in his career but he’s been single for 37 years”.

In addition, there will be a Duchess of Cambridge lookalike.

First Dates continues tonight at 10pm on Channel 4.
