Its mobile audience also saw tremendous double-digit growth with a 24% increase, jumping ahead of the Independent.co.uk and Theguardian.com into third place for digital readership, comfortably ahead of the Mail Online which sank two places to seventh.
The report also showed our readers enjoy the Express for nearly an hour a day, with an average read time of 57 minutes per issue.
