Carol Vorderman looked incredible as she worked out in snaps she shared with her 398,000 Twitter followers this morning. The Countdown legend’s famous rear was impossible to miss as she flexed in a tight black outfit. The 58-year-old’s curves took centre-stage as she grinned at the camera despite the gruelling session. The small screen favourite also responded to a number of users who asked her about her exercise routine.
“Early gym with Little Dave @dave_concannon…” Carol tweeted. “He always says, ‘Never miss a Monday’ so I don’t… LOLOLOL.
“LOTS of glutes with weights today at @NuffieldHealth… ouch,”(sic) as she tagged Dave Concannon.
He responded: “That’s the one Carol. Be persistently consistent and consistently persistent. Good work. Big Love from Little Dave x.”
Wearing her tresses down and straight, the mother-of-two opted for a clingy, long-sleeved top and matching bottoms.
Her leggings featured silver embellishment along the side, while her pink trainers injected a hint of colour.
“Now that’s a big weight… Heck… @dave_concannon… double ouch @NuffieldHealth x,” Carol continued.
“And my favourite machine…” she went on.
“Could stay on this one for hours… MAHOOSIVE stretch thing… Bliss #Gym. See you soonest Little Dave @dave_concannon @NuffieldHealth.”
She stood side on as she worked on her rear, with one user asking: “Has your bottom been youched up… I mean photoshopped? X.”(sic)
Carol soon replied: “Er no… Little Dave… can you tell him? After all you took the pics in 5 mins at stupid o’clock this morning!!! Lol…”
Someone else questioned: “What this one good for carol?”(sic) and she clarified: “Back, hamstrings, core… stretching it all out.”
Meanwhile, it comes just days after Carol Kirkwood, a regular weather presenter on BBC Breakfast, was publicly gushed over by Carol Vorderman in a sweet post.
The star branded the favourite “gorgeous” as she attended the prestigious Oxford and Cambridge boat race.
The 56-year-old took a break from her studio duties, and instead covered the weather forecast at the 165th race, which saw the rowing crews go head to head on the waters of the River Thames.
Carol Vorderman took a moment to admire the BBC weather forecaster as she posted a sweet tribute.
The mathematician wrote: “Just loving gorgeous @carolkirkwood in her waders in the Thames…go girl… #BoatRace @BBCOne.”
